Dave has done many parties for us, the largest was 400 people. Always great food, great presentation.

We had brunch for about 120 people in our backyard and Dave provided a very nice buffet, including fresh bagels, lox, variety of cheese, salads, quiche, vegetables, coffee, pastries, lemonade. Dave came early to set up everything and brought even more food than we asked for. The food was placed on nice trays and everything looked beautiful. Throughout the event Dave made sure the buffet stays clean and full. Thank you Dave for making our event such a success!

We use Chef Dave all the time at our Company. He has fed anywhere from 50 to 250 people for us. The food is always exceptional... his tri tip and pulled pork especially. I recommend Dave to anyone who is looking for a caterer.

I attended an event in which Dave's Cuisine provided a breakfast buffet that was beyond belief! Fruit, Bagels, Pastries, Chicken Apple Sausage, Ham, Potatoes, and Eggs! So much food and soooooo good!! The food was hot and the buffet was served from both sides of the tables, eliminating any long lines. Dave Krider was on site to coordinate the serving and clean-up. This was a breakfast that other caterers should aspire to!
